Nonprofit senior services provider Messiah Lifeways (Mechanicsburg, Pa.) plans to begin construction this fall on Fernecrest, an 85-acre senior living community in New Cumberland, Pa., according to a news release.
The 62+ community will comprise 131 units with floor plans ranging from apartments to courtyard homes, cottages, and estate homes.
Amenities will include a café-style restaurant and lounge and fitness center. Outdoor amenities will include walking trails and lake access for fishing and kayaking
