The Residence At Village Greens Community To Open On Former Golf Course In Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania

The 131-unit senior living community will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care options.

Senior living community owner and operator IntegraCare (Wexford, Pa.) and investment and development firm Weathervane Capital Partners (North Key Largo, Fla.) plan to open The Residence at Village Greens this summer in Sinking Spring, Pa., according to the IntegraCare website.

Built on a former golf course, the 131-unit senior living community will consist of 60 independent living units, 51 assisted living units, and a 20-unit memory care neighborhood.

Amenities will include a putting green, golf-themed pub, fitness center, movie theater, salon, sunrooms, community rooms, outdoor terraces, and walking paths.
