Commercial real estate developer EC Legacy Properties (Charlotte, N.C.) and architecture firm Beehyyve (Chicago) are partnering on Legacy Lake Senior Apartments, an affordable senior community, in Charlotte, N.C., according to the website qcitymetro.com.
The four-story, 40,000-square-foot community is planned to house 32 one-bedroom and two-bedroom residential units.
Resident amenities will include a health center and workout space.
