Owner, developer, and operator HME Care (Brookings, S.D.), a subsidiary of HME Companies, is preparing to open Peaceful Pines Senior Living at Spearfish in Spearfish, S.D., according to the website bhpioneer.com.
The 142-unit independent living, assisted living, and memory care community will include a fitness room, library, salon, movie theater, and pub with billiards, according to the Peaceful Pines website. On-site physical therapy and occupational therapy will also be offered.
Outdoor amenities include a courtyard, walking paths, shuffle boards, pickleball court, putting green, and community garden.
HME Care operates five additional Peaceful Pines senior living communities in South Dakota, including Peaceful Pines Senior Living at Fort Pierre, which opened in March 2024.
