Luxury home builder Toll Brothers Inc. (Fort Washington, Pa.) is planning The Pines at Sugar Creek, a 55+ active adult community, in Indian Land, S.C.
The independent living project will include 378 single-family homes ranging from 1,680 to more than 2,900 square feet.
The community’s resort-style amenities will include a community pool, clubhouse, and amenity center with a fitness center, pickleball and bocce courts, and walking trails.
