Luxury home builder Toll Brothers Inc. (Fort Washington, Pa.) opened Regency at Woodbridge, a 55+ active-adult community in Woodbridge, Conn.
The new senior living community offers six carriage-style townhome options ranging in size from approximately 2,000 to more than 2,500 square feet and featuring up to three bedrooms.
Residents have access to a clubhouse, fitness center, and outdoor swimming pool.
