The four-story community will include 172 residential units with modern furnishings, high ceilings, and stainless-steel appliances.

Amenities will comprise a two-story clubhouse, fitness room, community garden, lap pool, spa, and parking facilities.

The first units are expected to be completed by August 2025.

Santulan Architecture (Denver) is the architect on the project and Crossland Construction (Columbus, Kan.) is serving as general contractor.
