Trilogy Health Services (Louisville, Ky.) is planning to open Rivercrest Senior Living this spring in New Albany, Ind., according to the website newsandtribune.com.
The new community will include 16 independent living villas with attached garages, 56 assisted living units, and 23 memory care units.
The assisted living community will offer both private and semi-private suites, as well as on-site wellness and therapy services.
The memory care neighborhood will include private suites.
