Real estate firm T.D. Jakes Real Estate Ventures LLC (Dallas) and developer New Urban Development (Miami, Fla.) are partnering on an affordable senior living development in Miami Gardens, Fla.
The new community will be situated on 7 acres adjacent to Miami Gardens Senior Family Center.
The affordable senior living community will include 150 residential units, a clubhouse, and walking trails.
