Operator Meridian Senior Living (Bethesda, Md.) is planning to renovate the Gulden’s Mustard family’s historic homestead in Long Island, N.Y.’s Bay Shore neighborhood into a new senior living community called Netherbay at Bay Shore.
The senior living community will include 72 assisted living and memory care units.
Amenities will include boutique communal dining and lounging spaces, an outdoor garden and walking area, outdoor entertainment pavilion, and recreational spaces.
Racanelli Construction (Melville, N.Y.) will serve as the project’s general contractor.
