Cogir Senior Living (Sacramento, Calif.) broke ground on Cogir of Tigard Senior Living in Tigard, Ore., according to the website valleytimes.news.
The three-story community will include 85 assisted living units and 22 memory care units.
Residents will have access to a salon, fitness center, theater, library, activity rooms, and multiple dining spaces.
The project team comprises CBTWO Architects (architect; Salem, Ore.) and Ryan Companies (developer; Minneapolis).
Construction of Cogir of Tigard Senior Living is expected to take 18 months.
