Trilogy Health Services (Louisville, Ky.) is adding Harbor Terrace Senior Living as part of the $130 million Harbor 31 mixed-used development in Muskegon Lake, Mich., according to the website mlive.com.
The $25 million senior living community will include 25 independent living studio and one-bedroom units, 23 assisted living units, 18 assisted living memory care units, 46 nursing beds, and 12 skilled memory care beds.
Amenities will comprise multiple dining areas, an activity room, fitness center, salon, physical therapy room, and bistro.
Harbor Terrace Senior Living is slated to open in summer 2024.
