Property management firm Lockwood Companies (Southfield, Mich.) is preparing to open Lockwood of South Lyon, a 55+ active adult community, in South Lyon, Mich., at the end of February, according to the website hometownlife.com.
Situated on 16.5 acres, the three-story, 130-unit community will house 70 one-bedroom and 60 two-bedroom options.
Amenity spaces at the 158,000-square-foot community will include a beauty shop, grab-and-go café, fitness center, library, theater, two-story great room, and activity rooms.
The project team includes RDL Architects (architect; Shaker Heights, Ohio).
