Mooring Park Grand Lake’s GardenView Assisted Living: The CCRC new assisted living extension, which opened in October 2025, houses 23 private suites in a 3-story, 81,500-square-foot building, tucked within the lakefront campus.

The Newbury of Brookline: The project restored the Mitton House, a Georgian Revival mansion constructed in 1896. Shown in the background, the newly constructed building rises to six floors at its center to accommodate more units, then steps down to three floors to create a residential scale at the street-facing sides.
