Stellar Senior Living, a Midvale, Utah-based senior housing operator, and Experience Senior Living, a Denver-based developer are making progress on the Gallery at Spokane in Spokane, Wash., according to the website spokanejournal.com.
The $25 million senior living community will provide 107 independent living and assisted living units and 30 memory care units on a 5-acre site.
Units will include a mix of studios and one-bedroom and two-bedroom options ranging from 435 square feet to 1,100 square feet.
The 121,400-square-foot community will also house indoor and outdoor dining rooms, a bistro, beauty shop, activity room, and three outdoor courtyards.
The community is expected to open in August 2023.
Denver-based Oz Architecture Inc. is the design firm on the project and Spokane-based Walker Construction Inc. is the contractor.
