The Watermark at West Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, Fla., is a new luxury senior living community that is slated to open in 2022. It’s part of Watermark Retirement Communities’ Élan Collection portfolio.
Overlooking downtown, the midrise community leverages its urban location to offer residents a refined, active lifestyle that is within walking distance to the city’s notable attractions. Those include the Flager Museum and the bustling Clematis Street’s boutiques, restaurants, and galleries.
The 245,416-square-foot, 155-unit midrise will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care in a variety of floor plan options.
The community emulates the south Florida surroundings with sweeping windows and abundant natural lights. Lemay + Escobar Architecture (New York) spearheaded the sleek, contemporary design that offers coastal charm throughout.
The community’s resort-style interiors take inspiration from the tranquility of the surrounding landscape. Lush yet sophisticated furnishings are accented by bronze and matte brass features and natural wood tones in the flooring.
The Watermark at West Palm Beach offers amenities including a rooftop, resort-style pool and lounge, fitness center, wellness center with a salon and spa, as well as a library.
