The Gardens of Somerset is planning to open in Sterlington, La., according to the website knoe.com.
Situated on 18 acres, the community will house independent living cottages and units, assisted living units, and memory care units.
Amenities will include a movie theater, greenhouse and potting shed, edible garden with plots for residents, billiards and game room, swimming pool, bistro and bar, library, and business center.
