Cortona Park, an assisted living community in Brentwood, Calif., has been acquired by a joint venture between Cogir (Sacramento, Calif.) and a national investment partner, according to an article on the website multihousingnews.com.
The community will now operate under the name Cogir of Brentwood.
It includes a mix of studio and one- and two-bedroom units, a library, beauty shop, bistro, theater, billiards, living room, community room with meeting space, swimming pool, courtyard, and garden.
