Resort Lifestyle Communities (Lincoln, Neb.) broke ground on the $30 million Carolina Pines Retirement Community in Greensboro, N.C., according to an article in rhinotimes.com.
The 55+ 180,000-square-foot community will comprise studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with full kitchens, custom cabinets, walk-in closets, and ceiling fans.
Amenities will be public facing and include in-house bank, pharmacy, general store, and salon.
