Monarch Communities has started construction on Monarch White Marsh, an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in White Marsh, Md., according to an article in thedailyrecord.com.
The $80 million four-story community will be part of the 113-acre Villages of White Marsh mixed-use development and feature 188 residential units. It will be connected to a 20-acre park and will include restaurants, a pub, café and juice bar, bocce court, labyrinth, and raised garden beds.
The community will be designed according to International WELL Building Institute guidelines and is scheduled to open in late 2023.
