Keystone Senior Living (Indianapolis) has started construction on Keystone Place at Magnolia Commons in Glen Carbon, Ill., according to an article in rejournals.com.
The 180,000-square-foot, four-story community will feature 79 independent living units, 43 assisted living units, and 20 memory care units.
Amenities spaces will include a dining room, movie theater, salon, bistro, and fitness center.
The project team includes Gori and Associates (architect; Minneapolis) and Holland Construction (construction; Hanover, Pa.).
The community is scheduled to be completed in spring 2023.
