Elevate Senior Living (St. Johns, Fla.) is planning a new independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Clearwater, Fla.
The 55,000-square-foot community will comprise six households with eight independent living units and 16 assisted living and memory care units each. Each household will share a kitchen and meeting spaces.
The project team includes HKS Architects (architect; Dallas) and ARCO Senior Living Multi-Family (general contractor; St. Louis).
Construction is scheduled to be completed in spring 2023.
