55+ Affordable Housing, Healthcare Development Completed In New York

The $23.2 million Westminster Commons includes 84 units.

New York State Homes and Community Renewal (New York, N.Y.), supportive service provider Buffalo Federation of Neighborhood Centers (Buffalo, N.Y.), and developer Rochester’s Cornerstone Group (Rochester, N.Y.) have completed a 55+ affordable housing and healthcare development community in Buffalo.

The $23.2 million Westminster Commons includes 84 residential units, with 40 reserved for seniors with mental illness. Residents will also have access to Westminster Settlement House, which offers health-oriented services for both residents and the community, including a senior adult day care program, federally qualified healthcare center, provider offices, a bank, and community outreach space.
