After moving its administrative offices to Washington Township, Ohio, Ohio’s Hospice is planning a multimillion-dollar expansion of its campus. According to the Dayton Business Journal, the non-profit hospice care organization is constructing a new office building that will be connected via walkway to its administrative facility. Kent Anderson, Ohio’s Hospice president and CEO, told the Dayton Business Journal that the organization will invest a couple million dollars to construct and outfit the building with new technology.
Reporter John Bush writes: “The 30,000-square-foot facility will be dedicated to remote monitoring and care coordination. The upper floor will serve as the care coordination center, and the lower portion will include a staff education center…Ohio’s Hospice is working with Beavercreek-based Synergy Building Systems on the project. Anderson said Synergy is constructing the building and will lease it to Ohio’s Hospice when completed.”
