Burlington Terrace, a planned affordable senior living development in Galesburg, Ill., moves closer to construction following the approval of federal tax credits supporting the project, according to tspr.org.
The 55+ community is being developed through a partnership among Bywater Development Group (Fenton, Mo.), Simmons Development Group, Beacon-SOCAYR (Louisville, Ky.), Graham Health System (Canton, Ill.), and the City of Galesburg.
Plans call for 60 villa-style one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 688 to 811 square feet.
