Orchard Estate of Woodbury, a Benchmark community set on 3.8 acres, is now under construction in Woodbury, N.Y.
The assisted living and memory care community when complete, will offer 89 units and spacious common areas totaling 74,000 square feet, which can accommodate up to 102 residents.
Orchard Estate of Woodbury will feature amenities such as a 24/7 bistro, wellness center, family room with full kitchen and dining room, second-floor balcony, and landscaped walking paths.
The community is expected to open in late summer or early fall of 2019.
