Beach House Assisted Living, Memory Care Community Wraps Up Construction

The 96,000-square-foot, $14.65 million project in Wesley Chapel, Fla., features two stories with 100 units, resort-like amenities, and a wellness center with an exam room.

Construction on the $14.65 million Beach House Assisted Living and Memory Care Community at Wiregrass Ranch in Wesley Chapel, Fla., is now complete.

The two-story, 96,000-square-foot project offers 100 units as well as many resort-like amenities including three landscaped courtyards.

In addition there are several activity rooms, an art studio, movie theater, game room, outdoor shuffleboard court, three-hole putting green, a wellness center equipped with fitness machines and an exam room, as well as, two salons. The community offers multiple dining areas, including a full service dining hall, private family dining rooms, and a bar and lounge.

The general contractor is The Douglas Co.  and the architect is Architectural Concepts Inc.
