According to “West Bloomfield Patch,” construction has begun on a new, $23 million assisted living and memory care community in West Bloomfield, Mich. Provision Living (St. Louis) serves as owner and operator of the community. Provision Living purchased the land in March 2015 from the West Bloomfield School District. The community is slated to open in late 2018.
The article states that the two-story, 90,000-square-foot senior living community will offer 102 assisted living and memory care apartments with studio, one-bedroom and two bedroom unit options. Plans also include a beauty salon, exercise room, therapy space, movie theater, chapel, large common spaces and two dining rooms. The community’s exterior design will be tailored to blend with the architecture of West Bloomfield.
