Starling, a senior living owner and operator with communities in Florida and Tennessee, will soon break ground on a 140-unit independent living development in the master-planned community Nocatee, located in Ponte Vedra, Fla. The development will be adjacent to Starling at Nocatee, a 92-unit assisted living and memory care community opening this fall. Once complete, the combined 232-unit campus will offer rentals on more than 11 lakefront acres situated directly across from Nocatee’s central amenity center and down the street from Nocatee Town Center.
Amenities will include restaurant-style dining across multiple venues, full-service bar, resort-style pool, dedicated wellness suite featuring a spa, salon, massage room and fitness studio, and multiple outdoor amenities including a resident gardening area, pet park, walking trails, fire pit, pickleball, bocce ball, yoga lawn and outdoor kitchen.
Construction is scheduled to commence September 2017.
