According to “Hartford Courant,” construction of The Ridge at Talcott Mountain, a 40-acre, multi-use complex on land owned by the Silverman Group in Simsbury, Conn., is expected to begin this summer, pending permits. In addition to residential units, and commercial and office spaces, the development will include assisted living spaces managed by CA Ventures.
