A major renovation project has begun at The Springs at Grand Park, which was acquired by The Springs Living in 2015. Built in 1997, The Springs at Grand Park has provided assisted living and memory care to seniors in Billings, Montana for 20 years.
Footsteps Memory Care, designed for seniors with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, is also being completely renovated for increased functionality, safety and livability. Other key campus renovations include an overall interior refresh with new colors and furniture; onsite beauty salon/barbershop and the addition of Fancho’s as a casual gathering location for residents, friends and family.
The Springs Living has partnered with local general contractor, Jackson Contractor Group, to run the remodel project. Construction is underway and scheduled for completion by summer 2017.
