Spectrum Retirement Communities (Denver) has broken ground on two luxury senior living communities and construction is underway.
The Enclave at Round Rock Senior Living in Round Rock, Texas, will include 170 apartment homes, comprising 110 independent living and 60 assisted living residences.
In Cedar Park, Texas, The Enclave at Cedar Park Senior Living includes 154 residences: 74 independent living, 54 assisted living, and 16 memory care apartment homes. This community will also feature 10 two-bedroom cottages.
The communities are expected to open in mid-to-late 2018 and will offer a wide range of living options ranging in size from studios to two-bedroom, two-bath apartment homes.
Weis Builders is managing both projects, which were designed by Vessel Architecture & Design.
