Sagewood recently broke ground on its senior living expansion project in Phoenix.
The work will include The Estates neighborhood, a new 13,000-square-foot multipurpose event center, the reconfiguration of the main entrance to increase parking, and an additional assisted living building.
The neighborhood will consist of 24 luxury single- and duplex-style casitas and villa homes with open floor plans. The design features expansive scenic views, landscaped courtyards, a large chef’s kitchen, media room, covered patio with outdoor cooking area, private attached guest casita option and a two-car garage with an attached golf cart bay.
The two-story assisted living building, with 44 apartments connected to Sagewood’s on-site Acacia Health Center, is also now underway in addition to a secured gated entrance at Sagewood’s main entry, as well as expansions to the community’s main Palo Verde dining room and guest parking.
