ClearPath Senior Holdings (St. Louis) has broken ground on Oak Pointe of Neosho in Neosho, Mo. The 37,000-square-foot single-story community will offer a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments and an amenity-based living experience with a large array of services customized for both assisted living and memory care residents.
A dedicated storm shelter for residents and staff will be constructed with reinforced concrete, masonry, ad structural steel. Oak Pointe’s assisted living apartments will include kitchenettes and ample closet space, individual climate control, and will be pet-friendly. The memory care wing will provide Alzheimer and memory loss residents with an inividualized and comfortable environment with social activities and programs designed to help keep the individual engaged and active.
Other amenities include a wellness center with space for physician visits and therapy services, courtyard and garden areas, a crafts and hobby room, a full-service beauty and barber salon, and more.
Partnering with ARCO Construction Co. Inc., is GMA Architects; Anderson Engineering (civil engineering); and KPFF (structural engineering). Oak Point of Neosho will be managed and operated by Provision Living.
