MorningStar Senior Living (owner/operator; Englewood, Colo.) and Edgemark Development (Denver) are planning to build MorningStar Senior Living at El Paseo in Palm Desert, Calif., according to a news release.
The project comprises 160 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units across 210,000 square feet. Planned amenities include indoor and outdoor dining venues, an aquatics program with pool and spa, a salon, fitness center, and theater.
Construction is expected to begin in fall 2027 and be completed in spring 2029.
