Developer Galerie Living (Atlanta) is planning a new senior living community called Corso Tysons in Tysons, Va., according to Northern Virginia Magazine.
The proposed project includes 427 assisted living units and a memory care neighborhood on a 5-acre site currently occupied by a dining and entertainment venue. Planned amenities include a theater, restaurants, retail shopping, and a 2.5-acre park that will be open to the public.
The Fairfax County Planning Commission has recommended approval of the proposal, which will go before the county’s Board of Supervisors for a public hearing.
