Watermark Retirement Communities (Plano, Texas) plans to develop a new senior living community in Gaithersburg, Md., according to a news release.
The developer is partnering with senior services provider Worldshine (Gaithersburg) on the project, which is set to be completed in two phases.
The project comprises 425 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. Planned amenities include multiple dining venues, fitness and wellness spaces, a spa and salon, theater, indoor pool, and outdoor gathering spaces.
