Developers (River Falls, Wis.) and HME Care (Brookings, S.D.) have started construction on Teal Spring Senior Living in Sheridan, Wyo., according to The Sheridan Press.
The project will deliver 42 independent and assisted living apartments and a 16-unit memory care neighborhood. The apartments will allow independent living residents to add assisted living services as their needs change without relocating to another unit.
Amenities will include restaurant-style dining and wellness and activity spaces.
The community is expected to open in late fall 2027.
