Nonprofit owner Tandem Living (Lancaster, Pa.) has announced expansion plans for Woodcrest Villa and Calvary Homes, two continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) in Lancaster, according to Lancaster Online.

The projects comprise 154 total units at a cost of $148.6 million, with construction expected to start in fall 2027.

Woodcrest Villa is set to add a 6-story, 76-unit building called Goldfinch at Woodcrest Villa, which will connect to existing buildings and an amenity center. Floor plans range from two- to three-bedroom units between 1,520 and 2,062 square feet, each with a private patio or balcony. Planned amenities include a rooftop terrace.

Expansion plans for Calvary Homes comprise a 5-story, 78-unit building that will replace space formerly used for skilled nursing with primarily two-bedroom units.
