Developer Braemar Partners (Marietta, Ga.) is set to begin construction on Arbor Terrace Florham Park in Florham Park, N.J., according to a news release.
Operated by The Arbor Company (Atlanta), the community is designed to house 29 assisted living units, 27 memory care units, and 24 memory support units. Planned amenities include a salon and nail spa, on-site therapy and rehabilitation services, and gathering spaces.
The community is expected to open in late 2027.
Dwell Design Studio (Atlanta) is the project architect, with Faulkner Design Group (Dallas) serving as interior designer, Dynamic Engineering Consultants (Lake Como, N.J.) as civil engineer, and O.A. Peterson Construction (Montclair, N.J.) as general contractor.
