Owner-operator The Arbor Company (Atlanta) and developer Braemar Partners (Marietta, Ga.) have started construction on Arbor Terrace Frisco, a new senior living community in Frisco, Texas, according to a news release.
The project will deliver 88 assisted living and memory care units within a mixed-use development that also includes residential, retail, and healthcare components. Of the total units, 39 will be designated for assisted living and 27 for memory care. The remaining 22 units will be part of Arbor’s Bridges memory support program, a transitional living arrangement for seniors in the early stages of Alzheimer’s or dementia.
Amenities will include multiple dining venues, a surround-sound theater, arts and crafts studio, library, salon, and fitness and rehabilitation space.
Dwell Design Studio (McLean, Va.) is serving as architect, HPA Design Group (Dallas) as interior designer, and Regent Construction Group (Fort Worth, Texas) as general contractor.
The community is scheduled to open in late 2027.
