Benchmark Senior Living (Waltham, Mass.) has reached a milestone in the $8 million renovation and expansion of Chestnut Park at Cleveland Circle in Brighton, Mass., according to a news release.
The assisted living and memory care community opened 10 new units with a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans. The community also added a new bar and bistro.
The full renovation and expansion project is expected to be completed by early 2027, creating an additional six one-bedroom units, a new lobby, club room, study, and dedicated art room. Updates to the main dining room, hair salon, and memory care neighborhood are planned.
