Rockwood Retirement Communities (Spokane, Wash.) is planning a new continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Liberty Lake, Wash., according to khq.com.
Estimated to cost more than $275 million, the project comprises 200 independent living apartments, 36 assisted living units, and a 24-unit memory care neighborhood.
Planned amenities include dining, fitness and wellness areas, and outdoor gathering spaces.
The project is expected to begin construction in late 2028 and open in 2030.
