OceanView at Falmouth, an active senior living community in Falmouth, Maine, is undergoing an expansion, according to the community’s website.
The project will deliver 14 independent living apartments in a new 4-story building on a campus that also offers assisted living and memory care options.
The addition, called Blueberry Commons, will connect to the community’s fitness pavilion and two existing lodge buildings. The units range from one to two bedrooms, with each unit featuring a fireplace and balcony.
Gawron Turgeon Dillon Architects (GTD Architects; Scarborough, Maine) is the architect on the project, which is anticipated to be completed by the end of the year.
