Village On the Isle, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Venice, Fla., has unveiled plans to develop a 50-acre satellite campus called Arbor Vita in Venice, according to a news release.
Less than six miles from the main campus, the project comprises 130 independent living apartments, 50 cottages, and amenities such as a fitness center, golf simulator, billiards room, and multiple dining venues.
Plans also call for outdoor amenities including tennis and pickleball courts, a kayak launch, zero-entry pool, and dog park.
Construction is expected to begin in 2028 and be completed in 2030.
