Oaks Hills Living Center Breaks Ground On Independent Living Expansion In New Ulm, Minnesota

Oak Hills Living Center, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in New Ulm, Minn., has started construction on an expansion, according to nujournal.com.

The project will add 39 one- and two-bedroom independent living units adjacent to the existing campus, with amenities including a fitness center.

Construction is expected to be completed in February 2027.
