Developer Fairfield Homes (Lancaster, Ohio) has opened Reserve at Hunter Trace, a new affordable senior living community in Lancaster, Ohio, according to the Lancaster Eagle-Gazette.

The 95-unit community for residents 55+ offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a library, yoga studio, and on-site healthcare provided by Fairfield Community Health Center (Lancaster, Ohio).

Gorsuch Construction (Lancaster, Ohio) served as general contractor on the project.
