Pioneer Companies (construction manager; Syracuse, N.Y.), Peregrine Senior Living (owner/operator; Syracuse, N.Y.), and First Point Development (developer; Syracuse, N.Y.) have broken ground on Peregrine Senior Living at Fayetteville in Fayetteville, N.Y., according to cnycentral.com.
The $20 million project comprises a 38,000-square-foot memory care community with 68 beds across 64 units.
The community is expected to open in summer 2027.
