Greenwood Village South in Greenwood, Ind., has reached the midway point of a campus expansion that will add 42 independent living units, according to the Daily Journal.
A topping-out ceremony marks the completion of the structural portion of the $100 million Village Flats project, which comprises six new residential buildings as well as a 30,000-square-foot Village Commons amenity center.
Floor plans in the new residential buildings range from 800 to 2,000 square feet with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom-plus-den options. Plans for Village Commons include an aquatic center, performing arts center, enhanced dining venues, and landscaped outdoor areas with connected walking paths.
Construction is anticipated to be completed in spring 2027.
