Benchmark At East Brunswick Senior Living Community Begins Construction In New Jersey

The project comprises 62 assisted living units and a 25-unit memory care neighborhood in a 3-story building.

Owner-operator Benchmark Senior Living (Waltham, Mass.) and developer National Development (Newton Lower Falls, Mass.) have started construction on Benchmark at East Brunswick, a new senior living community in East Brunswick, N.J., according to a news release.

The 84,276-square-foot project comprises 62 assisted living units and a 25-unit memory care neighborhood in a 3-story building.

Planned amenities include multiple dining venues, a theater, fitness center, salon, and landscaped outdoor spaces.

The community is expected to open in early 2027.
